  Mauvais odeur de moisi (humidité) dans la chambre. propreté de la cuisine douteuse... service à minima. mais emplacement parfait.

  Non è un bed & breakfast ma un bilocale in affitto con qualche merendina per colazione. se si soggiorna più di un giorno cìè da tener presente che la camera viene rifatta ogni due giorni, così come le pulizie e il riassortimento per la colazione.

  Poala greeted us at the property. she was very nice and helpful. my sister and brother in law stayed in the other room so it was like having our own apartment in rome. we just ended a cruise and it was nice to fix simple food in the kitchen with an oven. a microwave would have been a nice addition. the bedroom tv had no english channels. wifi signal was strong. there is info about nearby supermarkets and laundry too.

  We were very satisfied with our room at flamini domus. it was clean, comfortable, convenient and cool (loved the a/c). the only problem we had was that the owner/operator did not answer her phone when we arrived in rome. we realized that our train and taxi would be getting us there ealier than expected so we hoped to have her meet us earlier with the key. however, she never answered our repeated phone calls and we ended up waiting on the door step for 45 minutes until her associate showed up with the key.

  The place is really difficult to find which is the only problem with the b&b.

  Location was great, the room was nice and clean. bathroom was nice, but shower the size of a phone booth. that was the only downside to this room. the hotel is down an alley and shares space in a building, so it is not a stand alone hotel. the room shares a kitchen with another room and was furnished for breakfast which was great. would recommend to any friend as long as they knew about smaller shower. if you are expecting the ritz, this is not for you. but, if you are a value hotel shopper and want great location, highly recommend.

  The pullout couch was horrible. nothing but a thin foam pad. wi-fi went down for over 24 hours. couldn't check in to our airlines or contact the facility people. aside from initial check-in, no one was around and we could only contact by email. once wi-fi went down, we couldn't reach them. the facilities are modern, but not practical. there's a step in the bathroom in an odd place and i fell off it and twisted my ankle. the shower was very small and no place to put shampoo on. there was confusion about whether the people next to us shared our kitchen. i wouldn't recommend and would not stay here again.

  Jolie chambre, cuisine à partager avec une autre chambre (pas trop indiqué sur le site...), l'accueil sympa et surtout très très bien situé en plein centre de rome !!! tout ou presque se fait à pieds, c'est parfait.

  This is a 16th centuary building which has a modern and stylish fitout - a pleaseure to stay in. very comfortable and in a great area.

  Bien situé, un espace cuisine partagé avec l'autre chambre mais une intimité préservée. tout est neuf, propre, et l'accueil est de qualité.
