  First they accepted the booking and on arrival they put us in a room in another block with two large youngsters having to sleep in a tiny sofa bed. we had to fight for our rights and after making it clear that we gave them all the details we were then transferred to a proper hotel. if you read the clients reviews, you can realise that this is done very often. we shall be telling our friends not to book in this hotel.

  Cynthia in reception was incredibly nice and helpful and is a credit to the hotel. the hotel's best feature is its location so close to the spanish steps and trevi fountain.

  Great location minutes from trevi and spanish steps fancy having a jaccuzzi in the room and spacious too.

  1st room we were given was of a decent size but was very noisy- (room 101). a change of room wasnt a problem for the staff and we enjoyed the rest of our stay in room 202 which was a little smaller but quiet

  Rapport qualité-prix non comparable avec les hôtels français.le tarif fastbooking est honnete ,le tarif à l'hôtel même nous parait disproportionné! eviter les chambres du 4°étage si vous voulez dormir le matin car le petit-déjeuner se prépare dès 6h30 un peu bruyamment!localisation dans la ville excellente
