  Pour un hôtel de ce standing, la chambre est petite. pas de bouilloire pour se préparer du thé ou café.

  We could not have been more impressed! our early arrival was no issue, we were given a free upgrade, front desk was extremely helpful regarding tourist information, bed was wonderfully comfortable, the breakfast was well above that expected; all in all, we were extremely happy with the una roma hotel

  Hotel was clean and friendly but lacking in small detail. the bed sheets were not changed every evening, certain parts fo the room had faults to the furniture. the in room tv has no on demand entertainment but that was my fault for not invetsigating it before i booked.

  We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly and informative. excellent location to explore rome and all it has to offer.

  The room needs to have an information booklet telling you details about the hotel e.g. breakfast/checkout times, how to work tv etc. breakfast could have more fresh fruit and cooked food was a bit gruesome.

  Having the same breakfast for 5 days was quite boring, we ended skipping the hotel breakfast on the last day. a variety of different selection would be more welcome. having said that, the staff, customer service was superb, especially federica, valentina. they were very helpful. the only downside, perhaps due to mis-communication was our room was not upgraded as per the upgrade package we opted for but it was fixed as soon as we highlighted to the front desk.

  The location was perfect, as others have said. we chose exective room.it was very wide, clean and modern.and almot staff was very polite and helpful. the only thing that was difficult was the shower. but,overall, i would definitely recommend.

  Considering its location and price, i do not believe that it is possible to significantly beat una roma on any of the above categories. the service of the staff and the quality of the breakfast were exceptional.

  Customer service was not good. i stood at the desk to ask a question while 5 associates were having a personal conversation. they ignored me. no apologies for having to wait. they had a security guard in the lobby who was very snobbie. he never smiled and made us feel un-welcome. i was with 9 other guests and they all felt the same. also, the bartender was not too friendly. he talked if he was approached but never offered any service. overall the personnel was not friendly. the hotel was very clean and beautiful. the price was good. the area was a little rough especially the closer you got to the train terminal.

  Trés bon hôtel, propre, personnel acueillant. service gratuit de gardiennage des bagages pour le jour d'arrivée et de départ. bien situé à proximité de la gare et du métro. buffet petit déjeuner très garni petit bémol, les viennoiseries et le pain sont un peu sec mais c'est assez courant en italie.

  Leider waren die abluftschächte direkt über dem - an sich sehr schönen - balkon sehr laut und verbreiteten abends intensive küchengerüche.

  Overall excellent and very comfortable. scrambled egg at breakfast was cold though.

  Location of the hotel is excellent- close to the termini station, local buses and trains. it was frustrating that after traveling all night that we could not check in until after 2 pm (even though check in time was 2 pm). we were upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic as we were traveling with an infant and could put him in his cot in the other room. breakfast was excellent and they were constantly replenishing items as the restaurant was very busy. we had mini-bar and internet costs included for 10e a day and it was worth it for us!
