  There seemed to be a smell in the bathroom (like sewerage) that came and went. we were on the 5th floor (room 503 i think) and opposite a lift which was also quite noisy.

  Ascenceur à proximité très bruyant - révisison primordiale, ou alors, suspension de location de la chambre 319 !!

  Real poor amenities, only one bottle of cleansing agent as shampoo and shower gel; no hair conditioner even upon request. no toothbrush & paste; cotton and q-tips not to mention slippers and bath robe as a five star hotel should provide. no drinking glasses, only plastic cups. at least 15 min walk to spanish steps shopping district and after a frenzy shoppin spree, you need to carry your stuff and walk all the way uphill unless you take a taxi back.

  Aucun service pour un hotel 4* bagagiste inexistant service de chambre nul, pas de peignoire, pas de passage des femme de chambre en soirée pour serviettes de bain, couverture horrible, mauvaise odeur dans la chambre. si vous ouvrez la fenetre bruit de la clim. petit déjeuner seulement jusqu'à 10h même le week end

  A clock and radio in the room would have been "perfect". having the safe accessed through the same door as the fridge kept every thing in the fridge cool rather than cold - with the door being open so much. didn't like the thre fact that there really was not any view from the terrace - because of the high walls and canopy cover.

  Certaines chambres sont trop pres de la lingeries donc bruit le matin et celles qui donnes sur court bruit des aeration et autres clim impossible d ouvrir les fenetres!
