Comentario : - Un baño muy antiguo. Hace falta renovarlo. Da sensación de viejo y no muy limpio.
- El desayuno malo. Poco variado, y sin posibilidad de buffet caliente (como en cualquier hotel de 4*).
- El personal del hotel fue atento.
- La ubicación muy buena.

Comentario : Rien à dire puisque nous avons eu une suite pour 580+ 30x3 enfant de 10ans
la reception parle un peu français, ns avons pu laisser nos bagages à 10h et nous avons eu la chambre à 13h
le petit dej est copieux, et pr tous les gouts - charcuterie, pain, fromage

Un bon marcheur peut se rendre à pied dans tous les centres d'intérets.

Comentario : Die Sicht der Superior-Zimmer auf die Basilika Santa Maria Maggiore ist einmalig, und zwar bei Tag wie auch bei Nacht und lohnt den Aufpreis! Einmalig auch die offene Dachterrasse, und das Mitten in Rom! Eine empfehlenswerte Adresse.

Comentario : Bonjour, nous avions reservé une chambre supérieure, (une suite) celle ci etait tres bien avec une grande salle de bain, rien a dire c'était parfait, mais le petit déjeuner est déplorable, pour un 4 étoiles c'est presque inadmissible.... charcuterie bas de gamme , fromage de supermarché, confitures sans gouts..... supplément de 4€ pour un oeuf minuscule...... et de 7 € pour une assiette de jambon.
il serait plus honnete de dire que le petit déjeuner est en supplément et d'offrir un service digne de ce nom.....

Comentario : Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf das 1. Zimmer, welches räumlich sehr klein, sehr kleines Bett 140cm als Doppelbett, Schimmel in der Badewanne, sehr laut (zur belebten Straße). Deshalb schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis 130 Euro/Tag (Angebot bei 4 Tagen Aufenthalt, sonst 170 Euro). Das 2. Zimmer (30 Euro teurer) war deutlich besser: Großes Bad, großes Doppelbett aber im Vergleich zu deutschen Standards zu teuer.

Comentario : Hotel agréable. Le véritable plus est la terrasse où l'on déjeune le matin. Quelques réserves sur le standing du petit déjeuner. Surtaxer les oeufs au bacon est un peu mesquin pour le prix global de la chambre.

Comentario : The staff were extremely helpful. The room was beautiful but we were a little tight for space, but we had a cot and lots of baby luggage.
The breakfast was v good although my partner ordered room service, the salad was lovely but the canneloni was seemingly awful. On the whole we would definitely recommend this hotel. The atomosphere was lovely as were all the staff. You could do with a secure high chair in the restaurant for smaller babies. Thanks a lot

Comentario : Great location near Stazione Termini opposite Santa Maria Maggiore Church. Few minutes walk to restaurants and shops. Transfer from airport to hotel very good value, clean vehicle, driver polite and professional. Room excellent value for money, large bathroom - shower/bath facilities top notch, comfortable bed, very clean room and quite. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay at hotel again.

Comentario : Le personnel de la réception très distant, à la limite de l'antipathique. Petits déjeuners à des années-lumière de la plupart d'hôtels de cette catégorie: TRES médiocre et sans variation. Par contre, salle de bains splendide, avec tout ce qu'on peut souhaiter. Jolie terrasse au restaurant. Internet presque inutilisable (système d'accès compliqué et inconfortable).

Comentario : Overall , this was a good hotel , well located and very central and accessible for the main attractions of Rome . The service from reception / concierge was superb, I contacted themn prior to stay and they always replied within minutes to all my enquiries .Excellent restaurant on Viminale , real rustic Roman restaurant - the owner gave us a bottle of wine to take with us , each time we ate there!!
Area round Spanish Steps is lovely , great shopping and some good eating places .Rome is good - much prefer Florence though if had to choose , albeit two very different cities !
