  L'accueil est moyennement aimable (mis à part le barmann très sympathique). nous avions pris un forfait : boisson d'accueil, bouteille dans la chambre, forfait spa et transfert de l'aéroport) : dans les faits : il a fallu réclamer chaque élément et le transfert ne comprenait pas le retour : non précisé bien sûr !). bref, un peu le sentiment de se faire blouser si on ne réclame pas chaque chose : très moyen.

  Chambres sur rue bruyantes car hotel situé à un carrefour le spa ferme à 19 h : un peu tot dommage

  Hôtel proche des jardins borghese et à 10 mn à pied de trévi.. quartier calme, en retrait. bel hotel, grande chambre spacieuse, confort, je recommande le jacuzzi dans certaines chambres.. très bon rapport qualité prix. petite réserve sur le petit déjeuner.. bien mais sans plus.. manque des œufs...

  Un excelent sejour avec mise a disposition d'une chambre avec jacuzzi pour le même prix !!! trop bon et trop agréable apres une journée de visite de se detendre à 2 dedans ...

  Our experience was wonderful. our airport pickup was perfect, our room large, bathroom unexpectedly large & modern, room & hotel clean, staff professional, friendly & helpful, complimentary continental breakfast offered a great selection of foods. i would definately recommend this hotel to others & choose it again ourselves. thank you.

  Nous n'avons pas sejourné dans l'hotel mais juste a cote dans une residence hotelliere de belle qualite. reception et petit dejeuner a l'hotel

  Thay arranged us sweet room , it was very nice. but breakfast was very poor, i surprised. i stayed sofitel hotel befor ,it was so good ,so we feel very poor of this hotel's breakfast.
