  Die vorhandenen schallschluckenden zimmerfenster erfüllen ihren zweck. der von aussen eindringende verkehrslärm lässt bei offenem fenster allerdings weder ungestörtes schlafen noch fernsehen zu.

  Mooie grote kamer met zeer goed ontbijt nette badkamer , kranen zijn aan vernieuwing toe. goede schoonmaak.

  It was a very, very pleasant stay at hotel barberini but, unfortunately, too short. thank you for the upgrade to junior suite.

  We were generally very happy with the barberini. it is small and well situated. our room was small but well equipped. however, we think there could be some improvements made with the breakfast on offer. in particular, the hot "english" breakfast. the bacon was always undercooked and looked as if it had been boiled rather than fried. the sausages were the smoked 'frankfurter' type - not usually served in britain except as a hot dog. the "hot" selection of bacon, sausage and scrambled egg was served from a covered serving dish, but was always cold because the burners below were not lit. only rolls and pastries are served - no bread or facilities for toasting bread. the two personnel on breakfast duty were extremely helpful, gracious and provided excellent service in spite of the fact that they were often under intense pressure to clear tables, and make coffee for a full breakfast room.
