The Hotel is situated 300 meters above sea level, just 5 km from the medieval hilltown of Todi, in the heart of Umbria. Surrounded by an enchanting countryside, between forests, olive groves and fruit orchards, allowing you to enjoy an incomparable view of the Tiber Valley, lake Corbara and Todi. The rooms, decorated with antiques furnitures are embellished with Umbrian traditional vintage fabrics, and are equipped with every modern comfort. The rooms and suites have been built into the ancient stone structure whose foundation is dating back to the Roman era. Two indipendent suites are located directly in the garden and give to the guests more privacy. The large garden surrounding the Estate offers to guests a picturesque spot ideal for relaxing or for a romantic aperitif. 
The swimming pool, like a terrace over the Tiber Valley, offers restorative sunbathing until the sun sets. The Restaurant offers a menu of traditional Italian dishes with special attention to traditional Umbrian cusine revisited by the fantasy of a young international Chef. 
Candlelight dinners are served under the broad and wide terrace in the middle of fragrant flowers of the lush country garden. 
The breakfast offers to the guests of Tenuta di Canonica a buffet full of fresh pastries and fresh breads baked, homemade jam, fruit, and local cheese and cold cuts.
